§ 94.06 PRIVATE AREA.

Paradise Bay Picnic Area is a private park, owned and maintained wholly by the membership of Paradise Bay Property Owners’ Association for the sole use of the members and their guests. If, at any time, anyone who is not a member of Paradise Bay Property Owners’ Association is found in or using this picnic area, he or she shall be prosecuted to the limit of the law.
