§ 93.12 SERVICE FEE.

(A) The permit holder of an alarm permit or the person in control of an alarm system shall pay a service fee as set by City Council from time to time for each false alarm notification in excess of three that is emitted from an alarm site within a 12-month period.

(B) A person operating a non-permitted alarm system will be issued a citation for operating an alarm system without a permit
