§ 93.08 DUTIES OF ALARM COMPANY.

(A) An alarm company shall confirm that a valid alarm permit has been issued by the city for an alarm site before performing any alarm system installation, take over or conversion at the alarm site.

(B) Each alarm company shall provide the city with a list showing the name, address and telephone number of each person operating an alarm system in the city under a contract with the alarm company.
