All or parts of Sections 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of T18N, R31W; all or parts of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 of T17N, R31W; all or parts of Sections 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, and 20 of T17N, R30W; and part of S31, T18N, R30W; all in Washington County, Arkansas, and more particularly described as follows:
