There is hereby created the Department of Marketing Affairs within the City of Tombstone. Said department shall contract an agency of marketing with the approval of the mayor and city council deem appropriate. The city clerk shall establish a separate line item in the budget for the department of marketing affairs and fund it with money authorized by the mayor and city council, or otherwise not prohibited, by state law for the promotion, advertising and general marketing of the City of Tombstone.
