8-12-4: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:

The city clerk may revoke any permit issued hereunder upon failure of the permittee to comply with the terms and conditions of said permit of the activity, because of the manner in which it is being conducted, or for any other reason, is jeopardizing the elements of public safety or welfare. (Ord. 2013-02, 1-8-2013)
