7-3-12: PROHIBITED ADMISSIONS TO THE SEWER SYSTEM:
The admission into the public sewers of any waters or wastes having any of the following characteristics shall be subject to the review and approval of the city engineer:
   A.   A five (5) day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) greater than three hundred (300) parts per million by weight.
   B.   Containing more than three hundred fifty (350) parts per million by weight of suspended solids.
   C.   Containing any quantity of substance having the characteristics described in subsection 7-3-10A of this chapter.
   D.   Having an average daily flow of greater than two percent (2%) of the average daily sewer. (Ord. 1-79-80, 1-11-1980)
