A. It shall be a misdemeanor for any unauthorized person to uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof, without first obtaining a written permit from the city engineer.
B. Upon issuance of a required permit to any person, each and every permit shall be presented by the person to the building inspector and application made for building connection. (Ord. 1-79-80, 1-11-1980)
