Containers into which refuse is placed shall be kept in good repair and in a sanitary condition. Such containers found to be no longer serviceable through disrepair or maintained in an unsanitary condition shall be condemned for further use by the inspector or the health officer, or their representatives. Legal notice of such condemnation shall consist of a label or tag affixed to the unsatisfactory container. Receptacles not placed in a satisfactory condition within fifteen (15) days of condemnation shall be removed and disposed of by the inspector or his representative. (Ord. 2011-08, 10-20-2011)
