7-2-4: USE OF THE COLLECTION SYSTEM:
Every owner and occupant of premises within the prescribed limits of this regulation shall use the refuse collection and disposal system herein provided and shall deposit or cause to be deposited in accordance with this regulation all refuse. (Ord. 2011-08, 10-20-2011)
