7-2-2: RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY:
The city clerk shall appoint a person or persons who shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and other duties as the common council may prescribe. Said person or persons so appointed may be employees of the city or department heads or persons who have contracted with the city for the purpose of refuse collection and disposal. Said person or persons shall work under the direction of the city clerk and in coordination with the health officer or his appointed representative. (Ord. 2011-08, 10-20-2011)
