5-7-5: VIOLATIONS:
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), by imprisonment of not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
