COMMERCIAL PURPOSE: As used in this chapter and throughout this code is defined as describing all undertakings entered into for private gain, benefit or compensation, including all industrial or nonprofit pursuits, whether such undertakings involve the handling or dealing in commodities for sale, barter or providing a service or otherwise and whether the undertaking was initiated or concluded outside the limits of the city of Tombstone.
