5-6-6: ARREST AUTHORITY:

All regular members of the department are hereby delegated arrest authority for violation of the laws under Arizona Revised Statutes, the city charter and this code. All special deputy animal control officers shall exercise only that arrest authority stipulated in their appointing document. (Ord. 6-80-81, 3-2-1981)
