The department shall enforce laws under the Arizona Revised Statutes, the city charter and this code with regard to the control of animals except where the enforcing authority is delegated to someone else or some other agency. In such event the department shall cooperate by exercising its authority when requested to do so. (Ord. 6-80-81, 3-2-1981)
