Any person who shall falsely represent himself as an animal control officer or any deputy thereof of this city, and shall arrest or attempt to arrest, under such representation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) fine, or three (3) months in jail, or both.
