Any person who shall falsely represent himself as a police officer (any category of marshal) of this city, and shall arrest or attempt to arrest, under such representation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) or more than a three hundred dollar ($300.00) fine, or three (3) months in jail, or both.
