4-3-13: STREET SALES PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any booth, stand or counter on any sidewalk in the city for the purpose of barter, sale or trade or keep or maintain upon the street or alleyways any movable booth or stand for the purpose of barter, sale or trade without obtaining permission of the council. (Ord. 2004-10, 11-30-2004)
