4-3-10: TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE TAX REQUIRED:

Application fees levied in this chapter shall be in addition to transaction privilege taxes required by chapter 1 of this title. Failure of an applicant or license holder to comply with chapter 1 of this title shall be sufficient grounds for denial or revocation of any license and all identification cards under such application or license.
