4-3-8: APPEAL PROCEDURE:
   A.   Any person aggrieved by a decision under this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the common council. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the council, within fourteen (14) days after notice of the decision has been mailed to such person's last known address, a written statement setting forth grounds for appeal. The council shall set the time and place for a hearing and notice for such hearing shall be given to such person in the same manner as provided in section 4-3-6 of this chapter.
   B.   The order of the council after such hearing shall be final. The council shall make no decision which shall authorize any action denied by this chapter, nor which shall waive or modify any requisite imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 2004-10, 11-30-2004)
