Any permit or identification card granted under this chapter may be revoked by the clerk after notice and hearing, pursuant to the standards in section 4-3-7 of this chapter. Notice of hearing for revocation shall be given in writing, setting forth specifically the grounds of the complaint and the time and place of hearing. Such notice shall be mailed to the permittee at his last known address, at least ten (10) days prior to the date for the hearing. (Ord. 2004-10, 11-30-2004)
