3-2-8: DAMAGE TO UNDERGROUND UTILITIES:
In order to prevent damage to underground utilities all subdividers, contractors, utility companies, public works force, city of Tombstone and individuals shall comply with the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes. (Ord. 75-76-03, 3-3-1976)
