A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the clerk of the city, being marked and designated as "uniform standard specifications for public works construction, sponsored and distributed by the Mariposa Association of Governments, July 1, 1974, Arizona" be and the same is hereby adopted as the public works code of the city of Tombstone, except as amended by a certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the clerk of the city, being marked and designated as "city of Tombstone standard specifications for public improvements, 1975, amendments to uniform standard specifications for public works construction" and each and all of the regulations, documental provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of each of said documents are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this chapter, except as otherwise set forth in this chapter.
