The commission shall hold monthly meetings which shall be open to the public. The time and place of said meetings shall be posted in accordance with applicable Arizona state statutes; special meetings may be called by the chairman on twenty four (24) hour notice. All meetings shall comply with Arizona's open meeting statutes. The chair of the commission may formulate such rules with the approval of the majority of the commission that serve to ensure the efficient and clear operation of the commission's business.
