2-8-3: TERMS OF OFFICE:

The terms of the members shall be three (3) years on a staggered basis. The first commission members shall serve the following terms: one member for one year, two (2) members for two (2) years, and two (2) members for three (3) years. All members of the commission shall be appointed by the city council. (Ord. 2015-05, 10-20-2015)
