The librarian, on or before the first Monday of August each year, shall make a report to the board and city council containing:
A. A full statement of all property and money received, where derived and how used.
B. The number of books, journals and other publications on hand, the number added by gift, purchase or otherwise during the year, the number lost or missing and the number and kind of those loaned.
C. Such other statistics, information and suggestions as may be of general interest. (Ord. 6-1990, 10-8-1990)
