2-1-4: ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND PROCEDURES:
The HPC shall adopt administrative rules and procedures, approved by the Mayor and Common Council, to govern its own organization, deliberations and interrelationships with other boards, commissions, departments, and entities within the City of Tombstone and consistent with this Code, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) (16 USC section 470 et seq.). The administrative rules and procedures shall include the use of "Robert's Rules of Order" at all meetings and for consideration of any issue submitted to it in accordance with title 10, chapter 19 of this Code. These administrative rules and procedures shall be available for inspection by the public. (Ord. 2015-01, 7-14-2015)
