2-1-3: HISTORIC PRESERVATION INSPECTOR:
The Mayor and Common Council, on recommendation of the Historic Preservation Commission, shall appoint a historic preservation inspector for a term of three (3) years. He or she shall attend all meetings of the Historic Preservation Commission, and shall be empowered to carry out provisions of the Historic Preservation Zoning Code, including answering questions from the general community concerning, but not limited to, signage, paint colors, construction issues, etc., and reporting his or her findings to both the Historic Preservation Commission and the City building inspector.
