4-2-2: ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY; SCRAPPING:
   A.   Prohibited Materials: It shall be unlawful to engage in scrapping and/or the accumulation upon any residential property within the city of any old, abandoned or unwanted metal, wood, glass, concrete, bricks, rubber, plastic, vinyl, slate, building material, roofing material, wrought iron, wiring, piping, copper tubing, aluminum (except aluminum cans), steel, auto parts or any other material that may be recycled or discarded for any purpose other than for the immediate discarding of such items as waste.    B.   Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense is deemed committed on each day or part of a day on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue. (Ord. 04-09-2012, 4-9-2012)
