3-2-6: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
Without excluding other just grounds for revocation, the city council or mayor may revoke any license:
   A.   Obtained under an application containing a false or fraudulent statement; or
   B.   For violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any other ordinances of the city or any state or federal statutes; or
   C.   For selling or offering to sell or soliciting or canvassing for orders for any publication, goods, wares, merchandise or services other than those specified in his application for license. (Ord. 2011-3, 8-8-2011)
