3-2-4: LICENSE TO BE CARRIED AND EXHIBITED:

The license required by this chapter shall be carried at all times by the applicant to whom issued when peddling, hawking, soliciting or canvassing in the city. The license shall be exhibited by any such applicant whenever he or she is requested to do so by a police officer or any person solicited. (Ord. 2011-3, 8-8-2011)
