3-2-3: LICENSE FEES:

A. The fee for any peddler, solicitor, hawker or canvasser shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) for an annual license or fifty dollars ($50.00) for a daily license for each individual to be licensed. (Ord. 2011-3, 8-8-2011)

B. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, no fee shall be due from any not for profit organization applying for a license under this chapter. (Ord. 2015-1, 1-12-2015)
