3-1-12: MINORS:
   A.   Purchase, Possession, Consumption Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to knowingly purchase or attempt to purchase or knowingly have in his or her possession or have consumed any "alcoholic liquor" as defined in section 3-1-1 of this chapter.    B.   Presence On Premises: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to attend, loiter or be in or about the premises of any establishment where alcoholic liquor is sold by means of a class A, B or D license issued by the city. However this subsection shall not apply to:
      1.   A person under twenty one (21) years who enters the establishment holding a class A or B license if that person is accompanied by a person over twenty one (21) years who is his or her parent, guardian, spouse or other person acting in loco parentis of said person under twenty one (21) years.
      2.   A person under twenty one (21) years who enters an establishment holding a class A license if said entry is made pursuant to the employment of said person. (Ord., 4-2-2002)
   C.   Employment: It shall be unlawful, in any premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquors, to employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years as a bartender, clerk or other position involving the direct sale of alcoholic liquor to the public. (Ord. 2015-3, 3-9-2015)
