3-1-11: SALES TO CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any licensee to sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years or to any intoxicated person, except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1. (Ord., 4-2-2002; amd. 2015 Code)
