3-1-4: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:

Any person desiring to sell, keep or offer for sale at retail, or conduct any place for the sale at retail, of alcoholic liquors within the corporate limits of the city shall make written application to the mayor upon the form provided. (Ord., 4-2-2002)
