3-1-3: INELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE:

No license shall be issued to any person ineligible therefor by the terms of 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-2 (liquor control act), or any similar statute. However, the residency requirement of said statute shall not apply in the case of a corporation. (Ord., 4-2-2002)
