Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than fifteen hundred dollars ($1500.00). Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. This section shall in no way abrogate or impair the right of the City of Toluca, Illinois, to specifically enforce, by any legal means, any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2019-7-8, 7-8-2019)
