7-4-3: TRIMMING OVERHANGING TREES AND SHRUBS:
Any tree or shrub which overhangs or obstructs any public way or place in such a way as to impede, interfere with or endanger traffic, or which has become likely to fall on or across any public way or place, or which is less than eight feet (8') above the public way, shall be trimmed or removed by the owner of the abutting premises on which such tree or shrub grows so that the obstruction shall cease or there is compliance with the eight foot (8') restriction.
