7-4-2: PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTS:
   A.   Injury To Trees And Shrubs: It shall be unlawful to injure any tree or shrub planted in any public place. (Prior code § 12-2-2)
   B.   Attaching Advertisements Or Notices: It shall be unlawful to attach any sign, advertisement or notice to any tree or shrub in any public place. (Prior code § 12-2-3)
   C.   Attaching Wires Or Rope: It shall be unlawful to attach any wire or rope to any tree on city property without permission of the mayor and city council. (Prior code § 12-2-5)
