7-1-8: DEPOSITS ON STREETS:

It shall be unlawful to deposit on any street any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or which may cause injury to any person, animal or property. Materials may be deposited in streets preparatory to delivery for use for a reasonable time, upon permission by the superintendent of public works. (Prior code § 12-1-16)
