6-8-1: DEFINITION:

Oversize Vehicle shall mean any Vehicle: Second Division (as defined in Section 1-217 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/1-217)), truck tractor, bus, trailer, house trailer, recreational vehicle, special mobile equipment, boat or airplane. (Ord. 2020-9-2, 9-14-2020)
