6-1-2: RULES OF THE ROAD; STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED:
It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the city to violate any provision of the statute commonly known as "rules of the road" 1 , as it now exists or may hereafter be amended, and the same is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this title. (Prior code § 17-1)
