(A)
Unless an annexation agreement is in effect at the time of annexation, which assigns a zoning district at the time of annexation, all land annexed to the village shall automatically be reclassified from its present classification under the Tolono County Zoning Ordinance to the classification under this chapter, according to the following table:

(B) If an annexation agreement exists providing for zoning of property upon its annexation, then such property shall be zoned in accordance with the terms of the agreement upon and after its annexation.
