§ 152.18 INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE.
   Installation and maintenance at expense of property owner. Installation of any driveway or culvert shall be at the expense of the property owner and shall be maintained at all times by the property owner to ensure safe passage of persons and vehicles.
