Construction of culverts shall be in accordance with the following.
(A) (1) Any culvert installed shall have a minimum length not less than that necessary to extend the entire width of the driveway and exceed the sides of the driveway by no less than two feet on either side.
(2) The culvert shall be installed in such a manner as to provide proper and customary drainage.
(B) The diameter of any culvert used shall have a minimum size of at least ten inches. Said culvert shall be constructed of non-corrosive, corrugated metal having a minimum strength of 16 gauge.
