§ 152.16 DRIVEWAY SPECIFICATIONS.

   (A)   Construction of driveways shall be in accordance with the following.

   (B)   Material permitted shall be:

      (1)   Crushed or graded rock;

      (2)   Bituminous asphalt; or

      (3)   Concrete up to the designated sidewalk area, unless the street is concrete, in which case concrete can be used to the street line.
