(A) Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with Title XII of Ordinance 75-3 and each parking area shall be lighted.
(B) No signs or other structures shall be placed, erected, or used on the premises without prior approval of the Zoning Officer, nor shall the buildings be painted in garish colors or such other fashion as will effectuate the same purpose as a sign or signs.
(C) All off-site improvement such as curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided as required by the ordinances of the village.
