§ 150.04 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADULT BOOKSTORE. Any premises from which minors are excluded and in which the retail sale of books, magazines, newspapers, movie films, devices, slides, or other photographic or written reproductions is conducted as a principal use of the premises, or as an adjunct to some other business activity, but which constitutes the primary or a major attraction to the premises.
   ADULT CABARET. A cabaret which features go-go dancers, exotic dancers, strippers, male or female impersonators, or similar entertainers.
   ADULT DRIVE-IN MOTION PICTURE THEATER. A drive-in theater for presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matters depicting, describing, or relating to “specified sexual activities” or “specified anatomical areas” (as defined in this section) for observation by patrons.
   ADULT MINI-MOTION PICTURE THEATER. An enclosed building with a capacity for less than 50 persons used for presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matters depicting, describing, or relating to “specified sexual activities” or “specified anatomical areas” (as defined in this section) for observation by patrons therein.
   ADULT MOTION PICTURE THEATER. An enclosed building with a capacity of 50 or more persons used for presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matters depicting, describing, or relating to “specified sexual activities” or “specified anatomical areas” (as defined in this section) for observation by patrons therein.
   CABARET. A café or restaurant where patrons are entertained by performers who dance or sing or play musical instruments.
   MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT. Any establishment having a fixed place of business where any person, firm, association, or corporation engages in, or carries on, or permits to be engaged in or carried on any of the activities of the practice.
   MASSAGE OR PRACTICE OF MASSAGE. Any method of pressure on or friction against or stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping, pounding, vibrating, or stimulating of the external soft parts of the body with the hands or with the aid of any mechanical or electrical apparatus of appliance, with or without such supplementary aids as rubbing alcohol, liniments, antiseptics, oils, powder, creams, lotions, ointments, or other similar preparations.
   SPECIFIED ANATOMICAL AREAS.
      (1)   Less than completely and opaquely covered:
         (a)   Human genitals and pubic region;
         (b)   Buttock; and
         (c)   Female breast below a point immediately above the areola.
      (2)   Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state even if completely and opaquely covered.
   SPECIFIED SEXUAL ACTIVITIES.
      (1)   Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal;
      (2)   Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse, or sodomy; or
      (3)   Fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic region, buttock, or female breast.
