§ 114.08 REVOCATION.
   The President, designated Trustee, or a member of the Police Department may revoke the permit if the event sponsors, stuff or attendees violate any state laws or local ordinances, or if the event presents a risk to public safety or level of nuisance such that a breach of peace may occur. The permit may also be revoked if the event applicant or applicant’s designees are impacted to a level that they are unable to control their guest/attendees or provide a continuing safe venue for the event. The village will not be responsible for loss of income or expenses incurred by the applicant if the permit if revoked.
