(A) Notwithstanding the availability or the exercise of the remedy in § 113.04, any person who shall keep or maintain a nuisance as herein defined, or who shall knowingly rent or lease to another, or suffer or permit any premises owned or controlled or occupied by him or her to be used for such purpose, or who shall participate in an indecent exhibition, shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
(B) Any person who shall visit, patronize, or frequent any building, apartment, or place within the village used for a public nuisance as herein defined shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
